<br />Parcel 1
<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State
<br />of California, described as follows:
<br />All of Lots "I", "J" and "K", in Block 34, a portion of Lots "A",
<br />"B" and "C", in Block 33, and a portion of St. John, formerly
<br />Juana Street, abandoned, as said lots, blocks and streets are
<br />shown on the "Map of the Town of San Leandro," filed February 27,
<br />1885, in Book 2 of Maps, Page 43, in the Office of the County Re-
<br />corder of Alameda County, described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the northwestern line of said
<br />Lot "I", with the southwestern line of Carpentier Street, as
<br />shown on said map; running thence along said line of Carpentier
<br />Street, southeasterly 265 feet to a line drawn parallel with
<br />the southeastern line of said St. John Street, and distant at
<br />right angles, 80 feet southeasterly therefrom; thence along said
<br />parallel line so drawn, southwesterly, 150 feet to the southwestern
<br />line of said Lot "C", thence along the last named line and its direct
<br />extension, and along the southwestern line of said Lot "K", north-
<br />westerly 265 feet to the northwestern line of said Lot "K"; and
<br />thence along the last named line and along the northwestern lines
<br />of said Lots "J" and "I", northeasterly 150 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 39,750 square feet,
<br />more or less.

<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State
<br />of California, described as follows:
<br />A portion of Lots D, E, and F, in Block 18, as said lots and
<br />block are shown on the map of the Town of San Leandro, filed
<br />February 27, 1855, in Book 2 of Maps, page 43, Alameda County
<br />Records, described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the intersection of the northeastern line of
<br />Carpentier Street with the southeastern line of St. John Street,
<br />formerly Juana Street, as said streets are shown on said map;
<br />thence along said southeastern line of St. John Street, north-
<br />easterly 150 feet to the northeastern line of said lot D; thence
<br />along said northeastern line of lot D, southeasterly 80 feet;
<br />thence at right angles, westerly 150 feet to said northeastern
<br />line of Carpentier Street, thence along said norhteastern line of
<br />Carpentier Street, northwesterly 80 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 12,000 square feet,
<br />more or less.

<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State
<br />of California, described as follows:
<br />Lots A, B, C, D, E, and F, in Block 17, as said lots and block are
<br />shovtn on the map of the Town of San Leandro, filed February 27, 1855,
<br />in Book 2 of Maps, page 43, Alameda County Records.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 47,936 square feet,
<br />more or less.
