�' fir' • � ,' ' t <br />RE=2355 IMF tl,0 <br />(3) Grantor shall at its own cost remove from the property herein <br />demised any improvements, except for those enumerated in Item 2 above, presently <br />located or subsequently constructed on said property at such time as the <br />Grantee takes possession of said Easement for the purpose of widening or <br />improving Estudillo Avenue. <br />(4) The Easement hereby granted shall continue in effect so long as the <br />easement area is required by Grantee for street and highway purposes and in <br />the event Grantee abandons the easement or changes the course of the street <br />or highway so that the Easement is no longer required, the Easement shall <br />thereupon automatically terminate. <br />THIS AGREEMENT shall bind and inure to the benefit of the successors <br />and assigns of Grantor and Grantee, respectively. <br />EXECUTED as of January 17, 1969. <br />WITNESS: <br />-ol <br />RECORDED aattREQUEST OF <br />,At (0 Wn.
