CITY OF SAN a27255 � C I GRANT OF EASEMENT The HALCYON BAPTIST CHURCH, INC., a corporation, hereinafter referred to as "Church," does hereby grant to the City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as "City," an easement for the in- stallation, operation and maintenance of a 12-inch storm water drainage pipe line in, over, along and across th certain strip of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: A portion of Lot 9 as shown on the map of Estudillo Park, filed January 31, 1911, in Map Book 26, page 7, Alameda County Records. Beginning at the intersection of the southwestern line of the Western Pacific Railroad right of way with the northern line of Halcyon Drive, formerly Holland Avenue, said intersection being the most eastern corner of said lot 9, thence along the northern line of Halcyon Drive, west 42.65 feet to the Actual Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said northern line of Halcyon Drive, west 13.21 feet; thence north 40° 46' 30" east 36.48 feet to the said southwestern line of the Western Pacific Railroad right of way; thence along said right of way, south 49° 13' 30" east 10.00 feet; thence south 40' 46' 30" west 27.86 feet to the actual point of beginning. Said easement is granted on the express condition that City construct a drainage inlet over the pipe line adjacent to the Western Pacific Rail- road Company right of way line, and that City permit Church to use said inlet and pipe line for drainage of storm water from remaining property of Church.
