West, City Clerk City of San Leandro 835 E. 14th St. San Leandro, Ca 94577 TI-134'788 GRANT OF EASEMENT HOPE LUTHERAN CHURCH OF SAN LEANDRO, a corporation, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, an easement to construct fill slope, paving and drainage facilities in, over, along and across that certain strip of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, being a portion of those certain parcels of land described in the Deed from California and Nevada District of the Lutheran Church - Missouri Synod, a Corporation, to Hope Lutheran Church of San Leandro, a Corporation, dated September 2, 1970 and recorded December 29, 1970 on Reel 2758 at Image 173, Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of Lot 18 in Block 5 as said lot and block are shown on the map of Tract 1337, Eden Township, Alameda County, California, filed December 23, 1953 in Book 34 of Maps at page 19, said corner being also the intersection of the north line of Manor Boulevard (60 feet wide) formerly West Avenue 150, with the east line of Parcel 1 of said deed to Hope Lutheran Church; thence along last said line north 6° 26' 20" west 12.03 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence south 87' 45' 49" west 231.23 feet along a line drawn parallel with and 12.00 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the westerly prolongation of the said north line of Manor Boulevard to the west line of Parcel 2 of said deed; thence along last said line north 1° 11' 26" east 15.03 feet to a line drawn parallel with and 27.00 feet northerly, measured at right angles, from the westerly prolongation of the said north line of Manor Boulevard; thence along last said parallel line north 87' 45' 49" east 229.23 feet to the said east line of Parcel 1; thence along the last said line south V 26' 20" east 15.04 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING. The above described parcel of land contains 3,453 square feet, more or less.
