storm drain of a size and type as shown on Exhibit C, attached <br />hereto. _uch construction shall be done in a manner reasonably <br />acceptable to City. <br />2. City, upon acceptance of said easement and upon <br />satisfactory completion of the work referred to in Paragraph 1 <br />hereof, shall forthwith take such steps as may be reasonably <br />required to abandon the easement for storm drain purposes over <br />and along that certain parcel of reEl property described on <br />Exhibit B, attached hereto. <br />3.
