GRANT OF EASEMENT
<br />BROOKVALE!, INC., a corporation, KEENAN PIPE AND SUPPLY COMPANY,
<br />INC., a California corporation, as Lessee, and AMERICAN
<br />SECURITIES COMPANY, a corporation, as Trustee, the first
<br />parties, do hereby GRANT to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a munici-
<br />pal corporation, the second party, an easement and right of
<br />way for the installation, operation and maintenance of a storm
<br />drain, in, under, along and across the parcels of land situate
<br />in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California,
<br />described as follows:
<br />PARCEL 1: A STRIP OF LAND, 10 feet in width, the
<br />center line of which is described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the south-
<br />eastern line of Aladdin Avenue with a line drawn parallel with
<br />the northeastern line of lot 7 and distant at right angles 5
<br />feet southwesterly therefrom, as said avenue and lot are shown
<br />on the map of "Tract 2672" etc., filed November 26, 1965 in
<br />book 50 of Maps, pages 99 and 100, in the office of the County
<br />Recorder of Alameda County; running thence along said parallel
<br />line and its direct extension southeasterly, south 27039,16"
<br />east 572,97 feet to the southeastern line of the parcel of
<br />land described in the Memorandum of Lease by and between
<br />Brookvale, Inc., a corporation, and the Keenan Pipe and Supply
<br />Company, Inc., a corporation, dated July 6, 1967, recorded
<br />July 14, 1967 on Reel 1999, Image 820, Recorder's Series No.
<br />AZ/68281, Alameda County Records, and the terminus of said
<br />center line.
<br />PARCEL 2: THE NORTHWESTERN 3 feet of a strip of
<br />land, 30 feet wide, the center line of
<br />which 30 foot strip of land is described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at a point on the western line
<br />of Alvarado Street, distant thereon south 27046130" east
<br />380.03 feet from the southerly end of a curve with a radius
<br />of 30 feet, which said curve connects said western line of
<br />Alvarado Street with the southern line of Aladdin Avenue, as
<br />said street, curve and avenue are shown on the map of "Tract
<br />2672" etc., filed November 26, 1965 in book 50 of Maps, pages
<br />99 and 100, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda
<br />County; running thence south 62020,44" west 185 feet to the
<br />terminus of said center line. -
