Vivrette <br />SUBJECT Storm Drain Easement - Brookvale Development <br />1 This easement is necessary as a part of the improvements required by the <br />2 development of Teagarden Street by Brookvale, Inc. (between Aladdin Avenue and <br />3 Alvarado Street). <br />4 One additional easement is to be recorded shortly, which is being reviewed <br />5 by the City Attorney. <br />6 These easements are necessary because Oro Loma quit -claimed all their <br />7 interest in storm drain easements originally granted to them.
