<br />BROOKVALE, INC., a corporation, the first party, does hereby
<br />GRANT to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, the second
<br />party, a non-exclusive, perpetual easement and right of way for the
<br />construction, maintenance, operation and repair of a storm drain and
<br />all appurtenances thereto, together with the rights of ingress and
<br />egress thereto, over, under, along and across a strip of land 5.00 feet
<br />in width, measured at right angles, extending from the northwestern line
<br />of the tract of land conveyed by Valbrook, Inc., a corporation, to
<br />Kayness, Inc., a California corporation, by deed dated November 1, 1966
<br />and recorded November 1, 1966, on Reel 1866, Image 683 and Image 684,
<br />under Recorder's Series No. AY-124983, Alameda County Records, north-
<br />westerly to the northwestern line of the parcel of land described in
<br />the Grant of Easement from F. W. Valley and Gladys Valley, his wife,
<br />to City of San Leandro, a municipal corporation, dated April 28, 1969
<br />and recorded May 2, 1969, on Reel 2394, Image 638, under Recorder's
<br />Series No. 69-18797, Alameda County Records, the southwestern line of
<br />said 5.00 foot strip being the northeastern line of the parcel of land
<br />described in the deed from Brookvale, Inc., a corporation, to City of
<br />San Leandro, a municipal corporation, dated April 28, 1970 and recorded
<br />April 30, 1970, on Reel 2608, Image 59, under Recorder's Series No.
<br />70-44349, Alameda County Records.
