RE:1799 IM-816 <br />- 2 - <br />Company by instrument dated June 14, 1949, recorded <br />September 14, 1949 in book 5886 of Official Records of <br />Alameda County, page 565• thence along said southeastern <br />line of said "Tract 2856�, north 62° 16' 30" east 550 <br />feet; thence south 270 43' 30" east 366.36 feet to the <br />southeastern line of the parcel of land described in the <br />deed by Title Insurance and Trust Company, a corporation, <br />to San Leandro Industrial Park Corporation, a corporation, <br />dated February 25, 1966, recorded March 1, 1966 under <br />Recorder's Series No. AY/270620 Alameda County Records <br />thence along the last mentioned line, south 62° 16' 30� <br />west 550 feet to said southwestern line of said 15 foot <br />strip of land above referred to; thence alon the last <br />mentioned line, north 270 43' 30" west 366.39 feet to the <br />point of beginning. <br />AS PART of said right of way and easement, party of the <br />first part does further grant to party of the second part, <br />the right to plow and construct through and upon the last <br />above particularly described real property suitable drain- <br />age facilities and/or drainage ditch or ditches having <br />sufficient capacity and length to adequately drain the <br />water away from said boundary line of "Tract 2790". <br />AS A CONDITION to this easement, the first party herein <br />does hereby agree not to erect any building or structures <br />on the parcels of land above described, and said first party <br />does further agree not to dump dirt fill on said parcels of <br />land, but to maintain said parcels of land as a drainage <br />field or ponding area only. <br />THIS GRANT is made upon the consideration that party of <br />the second part will QUITCLAIM said right of way and <br />(over) AY 81409 <br />
