Russell Investment Company, dated October 5, 1949, and recorded February 8, 1950, in Book 601.5, page 286, Official Records of Alameda County, described as follo,.s: Con.mencing at the i;>t_rser_Lloc. of the northern line of Olive Street with the western line of said parcel; thence along said northern line of Olive Street, south 880 59' 18" east 57.40 feet to the Actual Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said northern lire, south 880 59' 18" east 22.56 feet to a tangent curve concave to the northwest, having a radius of 20 feet and a central angle of 900 06' 21"; thence along said curve easterly, northeasterly, and northerly 31.45 feet to a tangent line, said tangent line being the western line of Ijesperian Boulevard; thence along said western line of iiesperian Boulevard, north 00 54' 21" east 104.96 feet; thence north 880 59' 18" west 26.19 feet; thence south 10 04' 38" east 104.34 feet to a tangent curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 20 feet, and a central angle of 920 05' 20"; thence along said curve, southerly, southwesterly, and westerly 32.15 feet to the actual point of beginning. The above described parcel of land contains 3009 square feet, more or less. Bearings and distances used above are based on the California Coordinate System, Zone III. To obtain ground distance, multiply by 1.0000721. From the date of order of condemnation the City of San Leandro shall pay interest at the rate of 7% per annum,on the above stipulated amount of $15,428.00 until the optionor receives full amount stipulated. It is mutually understood and agreed that the above mentioned purchase price includes all damage as resulting to remainder from acquisition of said parcel and all costs to cure.
