Ward <br />Assistant Public Works Director <br />City of San Leandro <br />835 East 14th Street <br />San Leandro, California 94577 <br />Dear Mr. Ward: <br />Please refer to: <br />A.609.mfd <br />Reference is made to your correspondence of April 15, 1969 relative to <br />the signing of a deed for that portion of Aladdin Avenue fronting our <br />property located at 601 Aladdin Avenue. <br />Attached hereto are two copies of the Deed enclosed with your corres- <br />pondence of April 15 executed by Transcon Lines. It is understood that <br />Transcon Lines has a year within which to work out an alternate align- <br />ment for the proposed cul-de-sac at the end of Aladdin Avenue, with <br />Sherwin William, which the City will approve and will accept a Deed mod- <br />ifying the one enclosed.
