AZ 5271 <br />�35 <br />GRANT DEED <br />1 San Leandro Unified School District of Alameda County, State of <br />2 California, a public corporation, hereby grants unto the City of San Leandro, <br />3 a municipal corporation, for public street or highway purposes, the following <br />4 described parcel of land in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br />b of California: <br />6 COMMENCING at a point which bears south 610 53' 18" <br />west 905.426 feet from the western end of the course <br />7 designated as "south 610 53' 18" west 563.95 feet" <br />in the parcel of land secondly described in the <br />8 deed by Oakland Title Insurance and Guaranty Company <br />9 to Central Pacific Railway Company, dated June 16, 1947, <br />recorded June 17, 1947, in Book 5160, page 235, Official <br />Records of Alameda County; thence north 610 53' 18" east <br />10 313.20 feet; thence south 280 13' 56" east 512.03 feet to <br />the southeastern line of the parcel of land described in <br />11 the deed by H. B.
