<br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all that land situated in
<br />the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described

<br />from Alvarado Industrial Corporation, a California corpora-
<br />tion, to Rene Gaubert and Fernanda Gaubert, his wife, dated
<br />November 2, 1953, recorded November 4, 1953 under Recorder's
<br />,v Series AH96857, in the office of the County Recorder of
<br />Alameda County, in Book 7171, at page 587, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
