SALBACH, his wife, hereby grant to <br />the CITY OF SAN LFANDRO all that land situated in the City of San Leandro, <br />Alameda County, California, described as f ollows: <br />BFGIW ING at the intersection of the southern line of a <br />parcel of land, described in deed from Nary I. Orchum to <br />Mary I. Orchum, et al, dated February 17, 1947, recorded <br />February 19, 1947 in Book 5095 in the Office of the County <br />Recorder of Alameda County, page 120 (Recorder's Series No. <br />AB/14222), with the western ter-ninus of Begier Avenue, ac- <br />cording to the map of "Broadmoor Park" filed March 24, 1926 <br />in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County and <br />of record in Map Book 3, page 74; running thence along said <br />western terminus of Begier Avenue south 8° 341 east a dis- <br />tance of 22.01 feet to the intersection thereof with an are <br />of a circle with a radius of 28.00 feet, a central angle of <br />54' 21' 17"; thence along said arc of a circle northwesterly <br />an are distance of 26.56 feet to the intersection thereof <br />with said southern line of said parcel of land described in <br />deed from Mary I. Orchum to Mary I. Orchum, et al, etc.; <br />thence north 721 26' east along the last named line 16.92 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />To have and to hold the above described -property unto it, the said <br />City of San Leandro, upon condition however that: <br />1. The Grantors be permitted to make any use of the remainder of <br />the parcel of land of which the described property is now a part which <br />Grantors could have m de of said property had this conveyance not been <br />executed. It is expressly agreed that should Grantors be restricted in <br />the use of said property by reason of its reduction in area then this <br />conveyance shall be null and void and title to the conveyed premises shall <br />revert to and be in the Grantors as -ully as though this conveyance had <br />not been executed. <br />2. The acceptance of this deed shall have the same effect and bind- <br />ing force upon the Grantee as if the same were signed and sealed by the <br />Grantee. <br />Dated 314 �g , 1953. <br />
