IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SRN LEANDRO <br />RESOLUTION NO. 3419 C.M-S- <br />RESOLUTION CANCELLING LEASE <br />(Callan Avenue Parking Lot) <br />Whereas, a Lease dated July 6, 1954 between the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />AND GEORGE B. SANTOS and G. Oe ROBINSON, doing business under the name <br />"ESTUDILLO CHAPEL", and DOWN TOWN MERCHANTS ASSOCIATION, a corporation, <br />provided for the lease of certain real property for the establishment of <br />off street parking places; and <br />and <br />I.Thereas, all parties thereto are desirous of cancelling said Lease; <br />Whereas, a Cancellation of Lease dated October 21, 1957 between <br />said parties has been presented to this Council; and <br />Whereas, City Manager has recommended that this City Council approve <br />said Cancellation of Lease; and <br />dhereas, the City Council is familiar with the contents thereof. <br />Now, therefore, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does <br />RESOLVE as follDwse <br />That said Cancellation of Lease be and the same hereby is approved, <br />and the Mayor is hereby authorized and directed to execute the same on <br />behalf of the City of San Leandro, <br />Introduced by Councilman C,ll <br />and passed and <br />adopted this 21st day of October, 1957, by the following called vote: <br />Ayes: Councilmen: Bellini, Frazier, Gill, Kant, Maltester <br />Swift, Knick ( 7 ) <br />Noes: Councilmen: ( 0 ) <br />Absent.: Councilmen: ( 0 ) <br />e 1, 00'� AW � --P 1, 10 5-f �: <br />Mayorof the City of Leandro, <br />Attest: <br />Emily 1,7.
