9. That a reasonable charge may be imposed and collected for the Parking of motor vehicles on said premises, and, the charge for such parking shall be set forth in Schedule "A" hereunto annexed and made a part hereof. Said Schedule "A" may be changed at any time upon agree- ment between the respective parties hereto. 10. Second Parties covenant and agree, to operate said parking area for a minimum period of nine hours from at least nine o'clock a.m. until at least six o'clock p.m. from Monday to and including Saturdays. Opera- tion of this parking area may be continued on Sundays and holidays at the option of Second Parties. The property herein referred to and hereby demised, is all that land situate in the city of San Leandro, county of Alameda, state of California., described as follows: "Lots 28, 299 30 and a portion of lots 26 and 27 in block 3 as said lots and block are shown on that certain map entitled "Map of East San Leandro, Alameda County"e filed February 20, 1871 in the Office of the County Recorder of Alameda County and of Record in Map Book 2, Page 24., the said portion of lots 26 and 27 more particularly described as follows; beginning at the northwest corner of lot 27; thence north 700 35' east along the southeast line of Callan Avenue 33.34 feet; thence south 19' 25' east 122.00 feet;thence south 70° 35' west 33.34 feet to the intersection thereof with the southwest line of lot 27; thence along the last mentioned line north 190 25' west 122.00 feet to the point of beginning."
