Section 4986 of the Revenue and Taxation Code as amended, that any <br />current or delinquent rea! property taxes, penalties or assessments that are <br />a lien against the said property shall be apportioned, deducted and paid by <br />plaintiff out of the total award herein to the City of San Leandro or County <br />of Alameda, e_s their interests L;ay appear, acid that said taxes shall be appor. - <br />tior.-ed as of the date of this jud�;mert, and that all of the balance of said <br />award shall be paid to defendant Frank J. Matoza. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGFD AND DECREED that any taxes, penalties <br />or assessments of the City of San Leandro or the County of Alameda accruinc,- <br />after the date of this judgment, and not otherwise provided for herein, are <br />hereby cancelled, and plaintiff shall take free and clear of any lien or en- <br />cumbrances therefor on the said parcels. <br />IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the description <br />of the real property sought to be acquired in tczis proceeaing and designated <br />as Parcel 77-448-29 on "Exhibit A' attached to the complaint of plaintiff on <br />- 2 - AZ U,197 <br />
