Full price of the property being taken is $239500 -- $10.00 having been ;waid to the owners at the time of taking the option. Will you please prepare a deed describing the optioned property,, con- veying tithe from William C. and Isabel Martinez to the City of San 1Aandro, a Municipal Corporation. Taxes are to be prorated as of the date of recording the deed and a check made payable to the Board of Supervisors of Alameda County to cover the acarued current real property taxes to the date of recordation (including any current mrsonal property taxes which are secured by a lien on the real property). 3y separate copy of this letter I arc requesting the present oars to contact you to sipp the deed.
