<br />WHEREAS, STANDARD OIL COMPANY OF CALIFORNIA, a Delaware corporation, as
<br />Lessee, held an interest in certain real property hereinafter described, under a
<br />Lease dated April 9, 1954, an Indenture of which Lease was recorded on June 28,
<br />1954, as Instrument AJ54290 in Book 7356, Page 439, Official Records of Alameda
<br />County, California, which Lease has been amended by an Agreement Modifying Lease
<br />dated January 31, 1958, and by an Agreement Amending Lease dated January 5, 1968,
<br />an Indenture of which was recorded on July 24, 1968, as Instrument BA80705 on Reel
<br />2223, Image 743, of said Official Records; and,
<br />WHEREAS, Lessee no longer claims any interest in said property;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, for a valuable consideration, receipt of which is acknowl-
<br />edged, said Lessee, as Grantor, hereby remises, releases, and quitclaims all of
<br />Grantor's right, title, and interest in and to that certain real property in the
<br />City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, more particularly
<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the southeasterly line of Davis Street, 66.00
<br />feet wide, being the most easterly corner of the land described in the
<br />deed to the State of California, recorded June 6, 1958 in Book 8690 Page
<br />227 of Official Records; thence North 690 30' 00" East along said south-
<br />easterly line, 38.00 feet to the beginning of a curve, tangent to said
<br />southeasterly line, concave southeasterly having a radius of 50.00 feet;
<br />thence southwesterly, southerly and southeasterly along said curve,
<br />through a central angle of 900 00' 00" an arc distance of 78.54 feet to
<br />the northeasterly line of Doolittle Drive, 80.00 feet wide; thence tan-
<br />gent to said curve, North 200 30' 00" West along said northeasterly line,
<br />38.00 feet to the most southerly corner of said land of the State of
<br />California; thence North 240 30' 00" East 16.97 feet to the Point of
<br />Beginning.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 464 square feet, more or
<br />less.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this Quitclaim Deed to be executed
<br />by its duly authorized officer, July 1, 1972.
