3. Should the Port by resolution find and determine <br />that it is necessary to devote the land subject to this easement <br />to another Port or Air-oort use or that the continuance of this <br />easement interferes with the development and improvement of the <br />.Airport, the Port may, upon not less than one hundred eighty <br />(180) days? written notice to San Leandro, its successors or <br />assigns, cancel and terminate this agreement and the easement <br />created hereby, without liability therefor. Without in any <br />way imposing any obligation upon the Port in connection there- <br />with, the Port hereby exoresses its intention of giving San <br />Leandro prompt notice of any changed conditions that may in the <br />future require the Port to cancel this agreement and the ease- <br />ment created hereby and to cooperate frith San Leandro in <br />attempting to locate a new easement for the purposes expressed <br />in this agreement, should such cancellation be necessary. <br />4. If at any time of ter March. 1, 1961, and during <br />the existence of the easement granted hereby, the Port shall <br />pay any real property taxes to the Count- of Alameda or <br />San Leandro, or both, assessed upon any real property now <br />owned by the Port and located within the boundaries of San <br />Leandro or upon any real property hereafter acquired by the <br />Port from Trojan Powder Company and located within the <br />boundaries of San Leandro, the Port shall invoice San Leandro <br />for the amount thereof and in consideration for tL-Le Portt s <br />execution of t'nis agreement San Leandro shall promotly upon <br />receipt of all such invoices pay to the Port in cash, lawful <br />money of the United States of America, the amount of each <br />such invoice.
