<br />California, recorded April 2, 1962, and May 31, 1962, in Reel 550
<br />and 595, Image 374 and 633, respectively, both of Official Records
<br />of Alameda County, described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the southeastern corner of said Parcel 1; thence
<br />along the southern line thereof, south 72' 00' 07" west 25.94
<br />feet to the eastern line of that parcel of land described as
<br />Parcel 2, in the relinquishment to the City of San Leandro,
<br />recorded November 29, 1965, in Reel 1652, Image 342, Official
<br />Records of Alameda County; thence along said eastern line, north
<br />173 57' 56" west 20.73 feet to an angle point; thence continuing
<br />along said eastern line, north 1W 32' 23" west 32.89 feet to
<br />the Actual Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said
<br />eastern line and along the northeastern line of that parcel of
<br />land described as Parcel 5 in the relinquishment to the City of

<br />eastern line of said parcel (Reel 550, Image 374); thence along
<br />last said line and along the northeastern line of said Parcel 2
<br />(Reel 595, Image 633) south 27' 09' 47" east 58,60 feet to the
<br />southern line of said Parcel 2 (Reel 595, Image 633); thence along
<br />last said southern line, south 69' 22' 48" west 12,63 feet to the
<br />eastern line of said Parcel 1 (Reel 595, Image 633); thence along
<br />last said line, south 13° 46' 48" east 319.86 feet to a non -tangent
<br />curve concave to the northeast, having a radius of 70 feet, and
<br />a central angle of 23' 54' 52" (a radial line to said point bears
<br />south 2` 37' 40" west); thence along said curve, northwesterly
<br />29.22 feet to the actual point of beginning.
<br />Specifically excepting therefrom and reserving to the City of San
<br />Leandro all rights of access to Benedict Drive and Estudillo
<br />Avenue adjacent to said property.

<br />3. Lealand shall remove the existing fence on that property hereinabove
