<br />Commencing at the intersection of the southwestern line of the Nimitz Freeway,
<br />as said southwestern line is described in deed from Kaiser Community Homes
<br />to the State of California, dated June 6, 1949, recorded July 8, 1949, in
<br />Book 5837, page 223, Official Records of Alameda County with the northwestern
<br />line of the parcel of land described in the Quitclaim deed from Lucky Stores,
<br />Inc., a California corporation, to the City of San Leandro, a municipal
<br />corporation, dated April 25, 1962, and recorded June 1, 1962 on Reel 597,
<br />Image 202, Official Records of Alameda County; thence along said northwestern
<br />line, south 62' 30' west 86.58 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence
<br />continuing along said northwestern line, south 62*30' west 157.41 feet to a
<br />point of cusp with a tangent curve concave to the north, having a radius of
<br />70.00 feet and a central angle of 43046'42"; thence along said tangent curve
<br />northeasterly and northerly 53.49 feet to a reverse curve concave to the
<br />southeast, having a radius of 68.50 feet and a central angle of 107°48'17";
<br />thence along said curve, northerly, northeasterly, easterly and southeasterly
<br />128.89 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />The above -described parcel of land contains 3,535 square feet, more or less.
