Beginning at a point on the western line of Hesperian Boulevard, <br />distant along said line south o° 54' 21" west (south 00 54' 21" <br />west being assumed as the bearing of said western line for the <br />purpose of this description) 269 feet from the southern extremity <br />of a certain curve with a radius of 20 feet, that connects said <br />line of Hesperian Boulevard with the southern line of Adason Drive, <br />as shown on the map of Tract 743 filed May 31, 1946, in Map Book <br />12, pages 26 and 27, Alameda County Records; thence along said <br />western line of Hesperian Boulevard south 00 54' 21" west 130.07 <br />feet; thence north 880 53' 54" west 6.01 feet; thence north 30 28' <br />42" east 67.87 feet to a tangent curve concave to the west, having <br />a radius of 2945 feet and a central angle of 10 18' 42" thence along <br />said curve northeasterly 67.41 feet to its intersection with a non - <br />tangent curve concave to the west, having a radius of 20 feet and <br />a central angle of 140 40' 37", a radial line to said point bears <br />north 760 13' 44" east; thence along said curve southerly 5.12 feet <br />to the point of beginning. <br />This option reimburses the optionor for relocation of any signs, <br />installation of new pump islands and two new pumps. Optionee <br />shall not be obligated for any further reimbursement for any of the <br />foregoing items. <br />
