Street <br />Oakland, California <br />Gentlemen: <br />On November 22, 1967 1 wrote to ask you to cancel taxes <br />on property deeded to the City of San Leandro, as follows: <br />Assessed to: A. T. Beckett and Gertrude E. Beckett, his wife <br />F. J. Federighi and Mary Helen Federighi, his wife, <br />Recorded: November 9, 1967 RE: 2071 IM: 522, 523 AZ 115359 <br />Enclosed is a check in the amount of $16.68. This check <br />is for proration of taxes at the time of our acquisition of this <br />property. Please accept the check to cover the accrued current <br />real property taxes to the date of recordation (included in the <br />amount is any current personal property taxes which are secured <br />by a lien on the real property). <br />Very truly yours, <br />Richard H.
