DALE, a single man, and JOANNE MILLER, a single woman, hereby grant to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all that land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: A portion of Lot 1, Block D, as shown on the map of Mulford Gardens Unit No. 1, filed May 2, 1927, in Map Book 12, page 69, Alameda County Records, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the southwestern line of Menlo Street with the southeastern line of Marina Boulevard, formerly First Avenue, as shown on said map; thence along the said southwestern line of Menlo Street, southeasterly 10.00 feet to the Actual Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said south- western line of Menlo Street, southeasterly 150.00 feet; thence parallel with said southeastern line of Marina Boulevard, southwesterly 5.00 feet; thence parallel with said southwestern line of Menlo Street, northwesterly 130.00 feet to a tangent curve concave to the south, having a radius of 20.00 feet, and a central angle of 90°; thence along said curve, north- westerly, easterly, and southwesterly 31.42 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent line, said tangent line being parallel with the said southwestern line of Marina Boulevard, and 10.00 feet, measured at right angles, southeasterly therefrom; thence along said parallel line, northeasterly 25.00 feet to the actual point of beginning.
