<br />SIALNUT CREEK CANNING CO., a California corporation,
<br />hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal
<br />corporation, all that land situated in the City of San
<br />Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described
<br />as follows:
<br />Beginning at the northeastern line of Merced Street,
<br />80 feet wide, at the most northern corner of the
<br />parcel of land described in the deed by Luckv Stores,
<br />Inc., a California corporation, to the City of San
<br />Leandro, a municipal corporation, recorded August 30,
<br />1965, on Reel 1586, Image 398, Official Records of
<br />Alameda County; thence along the said northeastern
<br />line of Merced Street, being the northeastern line of
<br />the parcel of land described in the deed by Luckv
<br />Stores, Inc., to the City of San Leandro, recorded
<br />April 30, 1969, on Reel 2393, Image 628, Official
<br />Records of Alameda County, north 27*30' west ln.00
<br />feet to a point of cusp with a tangent curve concave
<br />to the northeast, having a radius of 40.00 feet, and
<br />a central angle of 90°; thence along said curve, south-
<br />easterly, easterly, and northeasterly 62.83 feet to a
<br />point of cusp with a tangent line, said tangent line
<br />being the northwestern line of Fairway Drive, 60.00
<br />feet wide, formerly West Avenue 137; thence along said
<br />northwestern line of Fairway Drive, south 62° 30' west
<br />10.00 feet to a tangent curve concave to the northeast,
<br />having a radius of 30.00 feet; and a central angle of
<br />900; thence along said curve, southwesterly, westerly,
<br />and northwesterly 47.12 feet to the point of beginning.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 150 square
<br />feet more or less.
