EXHIBIT A <br />REAL PROPERTY in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, described as follows: <br />A portion of that parcel of land described in the deed by <br />Lloyd L. Aubert, et al, to the Oakburr. Corporation, dated <br />February 10, 1961, and recorded November 29, 1962, in Reel 736, <br />Image 339, Official Records of Alameda County, described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the western line of Hesperian <br />Boulevard, 92 feet wide, with the northern extremity of the curve <br />connecting said line with the northern line of Thornally Drive, <br />said curve being concave to the northwest, having a radius of <br />20 feet, and a central angle of 83' 08' 11"; thence along said <br />curve southerly and southwesterly 29.02 feet to said northern line <br />of Thornaiiy Drive; thence along said ror�hera lime south 84* 02' 32" <br />west 0.27 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent curve concave to <br />the northwest, raving a radius of 20 feet, and a central angle of <br />85° W ' 10"; thence along said curve, northeasterly 29.71 feet to <br />a tangent line; thence along said tangent line north 1° 04' 38" <br />west 81.98 feet to the northern line of the aforementioned parcel; <br />thence along said northern line, north 84° 02' 32" east 3.14 feet <br />to said western line of Hesperian Boulevard; thence along said <br />westerrr line south 0° 54' 21" west 82.98 feet to the point of <br />beginning. <br />The above -described parcel of land contains 145 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />Bearings and distances used above are based on the California <br />Coordinate System, Zone III.
