COUNCIL, BANK OF AMERICA <br />NATIONAL TRUST AND SAVINGS ASSOCIATION, <br />a national banking association, and <br />DOE ONE to DOE TEN, inclusive, <br />Defendants. <br />70--4547 F. <br />No. 388709 <br />FINAL ORDER OF <br />CONDEMNATION <br />The plaintiff in the above entitled cause having paid into court <br />for the benefit of all defendants having any compensable interest and the <br />County of Alameda, a body corporate and politic, as their respective interests <br />shall be determined, the total amount of compensation awarded by the court <br />for the property described in the plaintiff's complaint on file herein and <br />for all claims and demands of said defendants against plaintiff by reason of <br />the taking of said property for street widening purposes and the possession <br />thereof from May 8, 1969; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the <br />parcel of real property described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated <br />herein by reference be and it is hereby condemned to plaintiff in fee simple <br />absolute, said property being situated in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California. <br />
