<br />described as follows:
<br />Beginning at a point on the northeastern line of Merced Street,
<br />as described in the deed to the City of San Leandro, recorded
<br />December 16, 1952, in Book 6901, page 555, Official Records of
<br />Alameda County, distant along said line, north 27° 30' west
<br />460.88 feet from the northwestern line of the land described
<br />t in the deed to the City of San Leandro, recorded August 30,
<br />1965, on :'eel 1586, Image 398, Official Records of Alameda
<br />County; thence continuing along said northeastern line of Merced
<br />Street north 27° 30' west 216.14 feet to the northwestern line
<br />of the parcel of land described in said Exhibit A; thence along
<br />the last mentioned line, north 62' 30' east 17.00 feet; thence
<br />south 27' 30' east 216.14 feet to the southeastern line of the
<br />parcel of land described in said Exhibit A; thence along the last
<br />mentioned line, south 62° 30' west 17.00 feet to the point of
<br />beginning.
<br />The above described parcel of land contains 3674 square feet,
<br />more or less.
