WEST, CITY =CLERK CITY OF SAN LEANDRO DEED THE ROMAN CATHOLIC WELFARE CORPORATION OF OAKLAND, a California corporation, hereby grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all that land situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described as follows: A portion of Lots E and F, Block 31, as said lot and block are shown on the map of the Town of San Leandro, filed February 27, 1855, in Map Book 2, page 43, Alameda County Records, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the southeastern line of West Estudillo Avenue, formerly Ward Street, with the northeastern line of San Leandro Boulevard, formerly Estudillo Street, as shown on said map; thence along said southeastern line of West Estudillo Avenue, northeasterly 16 feet to the ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing along said southeastern line of West Estudillo Avenue, northeasterly 40 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent curve, concave to the southeast, having a radius of 40 feet, and a central angle of 900; thence along said curve, south- westerly, southerly, and southeasterly 62.83 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent line, said tangent line being parallel with the aforementioned north-- eastern line of San Leandro Boulevard; thence along said parallel line, northwesterly 40 feet to the actual point of beginning. The above described parcel of land contains 344 square feet, more or less.
