WEST, CITY CLERK <br />CITY OF SAN LEANDRO <br />DEED <br />THE ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF OAKLAND, a California corporation sole, hereby <br />grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all that land situ- <br />ated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California, described <br />as follows: <br />A portion of Lots L, M, and N, Block 32, as said lots and block are <br />shown on the map of the Town of San Leandro, filed February 27, <br />1855, in Map Book 2, page 43, Alameda County Records, described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the northwestern line of West <br />Estudillo Avenue, formerly Ward Street, with the northeastern line <br />of San Leandro Boulevard, formerly Estudillo Street, as shown on <br />said map; thence along said northeastern line of San.Leandro <br />Boulevard, northwesterly 150 feet to the northwestern line of said <br />Lot L; thence along said northwestern line of Lot L, northeasterly <br />16 feet; thence along a line parallel with said northeastern line <br />of San Leandro Boulevard, southeasterly 150 feet to its intersection <br />with aforementioned northwestern line of West Estudillo Avenue; thence <br />along said northwestern line of West Estudillo Avenue, southwesterly <br />16 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 2,400 square feet, more <br />or less. <br />Dated: March 1, 1971. <br />THE ROMAN CATHOLIC BISHOP OF OAKLAND, <br />a California corporation sole <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA ) <br />ss. <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA ) <br />On March 1, , 1971, before me, <br />Richard G.
