The <br />deed covers the 11.9 acres previously included in the <br />property descriptions acquired by the City. <br />The deed should now be endorsed by the City Clerk, <br />and the same recorded. Once this has been done, could you <br />please send me a conformed copy of the deed showing the <br />recording data so that I may transmit this information to <br />Trojan Powder Company. <br />Although the deed will not be recorded until some- <br />time in the future, the dating of January 27, 1967 is to be <br />the effective date of the deed, the same being the date of <br />entry of the final order of condemnation in the litigation <br />between the City and Trojan Powder Company.
