Thrashnr widow, of Can Leandro, Alameda <br />County, California, do make, publish and doclaro thin my last <br />Will and Testramnnt in the mannor following, that is to ,say: <br />First: Whoroas my late husband, 1V. T. Thrasher, has <br />during his lifetime conveyed, assigned and trran3forred to me <br />all his interest in real estate and nearly all of his personal <br />property, which made the provisions of his last will and testa- <br />ment nugatory; and whereas: It is my earnest wish to carry out <br />some of the provisions'of his last will and testament in so far <br />as it may be in compliance with law, and that have since not boon <br />t <br />supersedod; therefore I confirm the bequests made by my late, <br />husband W. T. Thrasher to the persons and in amounts respectively <br />as contained in the second clause of his last will and testament <br />which with the a(lditions made by me in some instances are hereby <br />given and bequeuched in lieu of the bequests made by him and <br />shall bo as follows: To my sister Julia Spalding the sum of five <br />hundred ($500.00) dollars, but in the event of her death, this <br />sum is to be paid to her son Walter Spalding; to Walter Spalding, <br />son of Julia Spalding one thousand ($1000.00) dollars; to Flora <br />}A. Woodward, daughter of Walter B. Woodward, deceased, one <br />thousand 01000.00) dollars; to my sister in law, Urana Barney <br />(formerly Urana Woodward) three hundred ($300.00) dollars: to my <br />sister., N.' Zoraida Woodward, one thousand (A1000.00) dollars; to <br />Flavel A. Woodward, son of Oliver Z.
