Also attached, as transmitted by this letter, is a <br />3 deed No. 0-AO48-74X which conveys excess District -awned property to the City. <br />4 Please affix your certificate of acceptance to the deed and have it recorded. <br />5 After the deed has been recorded, please comply with the request in the last paragraph <br />6 of the letter by XXMKXM having the attached duplicate copy of the letter filled <br />7 out and returned to BARTD.
