Real property in the City of San Leandro, county of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of the Rancho San Leandro, <br />described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the southeastern line of <br />Marina Boulevard, formerly First Avenue, with the southwestern <br />line of the Western Pacific Railway, 80 feet wide; thence <br />along ^aid southeastern line of Marina Boulevard, south <br />630 21' 22" west (south 630 21' 221° west being taken as the <br />bearing of Marina Boulevard for the purpose of this description) <br />58 feet, more or less, to the most northern corner of the 2 <br />acre tract of land, now or formerly of M. J. and J. J. Serpa; <br />thence along the northeastern line of the said lands of Serpa, <br />south 260 49' 38" east 20 feet to a line parallel with said <br />southeastern line of Marina Boulevard, and 20.00 feet, measured <br />at right angles, southeasterly therefrom; thence along said <br />parallel line, north 63° 21' 22" east 61.82 feet to a tangent <br />curve, concave to the southeast and having a radius of 132 <br />feet; thence along said curve, northeasterly 3.99 feet to its <br />intersection with a non -tangent line, said non -tangent line being <br />the aforementioned southwestern'line of the Western Pacific <br />Railway, a radial line to said point bears north 24' 54' 39" west; <br />thence along said southwestern line, north 480 06' 43" west 21.55 <br />feet to the point of beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 1,238 square <br />feet, more or less. <br />Permission is granted during the course of construction or improvement <br />to enter upon the land adjacent to the above described parcel in order <br />to facilitate said construction or improvement during the construction <br />of the extension of San Leandro Boulevard by the City of San Leandro, or <br />its agents. <br />It is further consented that said work may be performed by the City of <br />San Leandro, or its agents, any time during the impending construction <br />of the extension of San Leandro Boulevard between Castro Street and <br />Washington Avenue. <br />
