A portion of Lot 6, in Block D, as said lot and block are shown on the <br />map of the Cherry Lvnn Tract, filed May 3, 1907, in Map Book 22, <br />page 88, Alameda County Records, described as follows: <br />Beginning at the southwestern corner of said lot 6; thence along the <br />southwestern line of said lot, northwesterly 40 feet to the northwestern <br />corner of said lot; thence along the northwestern line of said lot, <br />northeasterly 15.38 feet to its intersection with a line parallel with <br />the northeastern q line of the Western Pacific Railroad right of way, <br />and 100 feet, measured at right angles, northeasterly therefrom; thence <br />along said parallel line, southeasterly 42.98 feet to the southeastern <br />line of said lot; thence along said southeastern line, southwesterly <br />31.12 feet to the point of beginning. <br />The above parcel of land contains 930 square feet, more or less. <br />Permission is granted during the course of construction or improvement to <br />enter upon the land adjacent to the above described parcel in order to <br />facilitate said construction or improvement during the construction of the <br />extension of San Leandro Boulevard by the City of San Leandro, or its agents. <br />It is further consented that said work may be performed by the City of San <br />Leandro, or its agents, an_y time during the impending construction of <br />the extension of San Leandro Boulevard between Castro Street and Washington <br />Avenue. <br />It is also understood and agreed there will be no driveway access <br />permitted on the said extension of said San Leandro Boulevard. <br />
