A PORTION of that parcel of land described in the deed from Antonio Silveira <br />Duarte (also known as Antone Silveira Duarte) and Rosie Catherine Duarte, his <br />wife, to Francis W. Wyllie and Dorothy L. Wyllie, his wife, recorded March 18, <br />1946, in Book 4826, page 473, Official Records of Alameda County, more partic- <br />ularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the northeastern line of Washington <br />Avenue, 60 feet wide, formerly San Lorenzo Avenue, with the northwestern line <br />of the L. Knox Tract, as shown on the map filed April 11, 1893 in Book 14 of <br />Maps, page 10, Alameda County Records; thence along the said northwestern <br />line of the L. Knox Tract north 420 east 12.77 feet to a line parallel with <br />the said northeastern line of Washington Avenue and 12.00 feet, measured at <br />right angles, northeasterly therefrom; thence along said parallel line north <br />280 west 237.60 feet to the northwestern line of the aforementioned Wyllie <br />parcel; thence along the last mentioned northwestern line south 420 west 12.77 <br />feet to the said northeastern line of Washington Avenue; thence along the said <br />northeastern line of Washington Avenue south 280 east 237.60 feet to the point <br />of beginning. <br />Optionee shall install curbs and gutters along the frontage on Washington <br />Avenue and relocate, if necessary, the existing curb, gutter and sidewalk at <br />no expense to Optionor. Optionor shall relocate fencing and sign now on subject <br />property prior to construction of street widening. <br />
