<br />REAL PROPERTY in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of
<br />California, being a portion of that parcel of land described as Parcel 1 in the Deed
<br />from Eugene Rene Le Roy, et al., to Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation
<br />District, dated May 6, 1958 and recorded December 2, 1958, in Book 8861 at page 269,
<br />Alameda County Records (AP/126044), and a portion of that certain parcel of land containing
<br />2.28 acres, more or less, described in the Deed from C. H. McEntyre, a widower, to
<br />Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, dated January 13, 1958
<br />and recorded February 17, 1958 in Book 8597 at page 169, Alameda County Records
<br />(AP/16344), and a portion of that parcel of land described as Parcel 1 in the Deed
<br />from F. Stenzel, Inc., a Corporation, to Alameda County Flood Control and Water Conservation
<br />District, dated August 11, 1959 and recorded September 8, 1959 in Book 9144 at page
<br />383, Alameda County Records (AQ/106208), and being further described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the most southwesterly corner of Tract 2145 as shown on the map
<br />thereof, filed August 15, 1960, in Book 42 of Maps at page 48, Alameda County Records,
<br />said corner being on the northeast line of the parcel of land described in aforesaid
<br />deed (AP/16344) from C. H. McEntyre (north 58' 10' 49" west being taken as the bearing
<br />of last said line for the purpose of this description); thence south 13' 24' 18" east
<br />253.93 feet to a tangent curve, concave to the east, having a radius of 1,988.00 feet
<br />and a central angle of 00 15' 55'; thence along said curve, southerly, a distance of
<br />9.20 feet to a point on the southwest line of the parcel of land described in aforesaid
<br />deed (AQ/106208) from F. Stenzel, Inc. (a radial line of said curve to said point
<br />bears south 760 19' 47" west) said point being also on the east line of Wicks Boulevard
<br />(84.00 feet wide) as it now exists; thence along said southwest line north 580 20'
<br />13" west 118.97 feet; thence north 13' 24' 18" west 291.98 feet to the northeast
<br />line of the parcel of land described in aforesaid deed (AP/126044) from Eugene Rene
<br />Le Roy, et al.; thence along last said line and the northeast line of the parcel
<br />of land described in aforesaid deed (AP/16344) from C. H. McEntyre south 44' 11'
<br />01" east 69.60 feet; thence continuing along last said northeast line, southeasterly,
<br />along a tangent curve, concave to the northeast, having a radius of 107.00 feet through
<br />a central angle of 13' 59' 48" a distance of 26.14 feet; thence continuing along last
<br />said northeast line, tangent to last said curve, south 58' 10' 49" east 46.02 feet,
<br />more or less, to the beginning.
