Ward, <br />Public Works Director <br />Gentlemen: <br />On May 4, 1972, the San Leandro Board of Zoning Adjustments approved Con- <br />ditional Use Approval No. CU-72-11 for the rebuild of our service station <br />No. 3690 located at 14999 Farnsworth Street. <br />The Conditional Use was approved subject to a total of eight conditions, <br />particular reference is made to Condition (b) therein which requires a <br />10 foot wide section of land along the Farnsworth Street frontage be de- <br />dicated to the City for public right-of-way. <br />In compliance with Condition (b) of Conditional Use Approval No. CU-72-11, <br />you are handed herewith, a Deed dated March 5, 1973, from the vested owner <br />Aileen Hull, in favor of the City of San Leandro. <br />At such time as the City Building Department is prepared to issue building <br />permits for the construction of the proposed service station, the attached <br />document is considered delivered and may be recorded. <br />Kindly acknowledge receipt of this letter and the attachment thereto by <br />signing the duplicate copy of this letter and return to the undersigned. <br />G EN : mcs <br />Attachment <br />RECEIVED THIS �� DAY OF <br />u k 1973 <br />CITY OFrSAN LEANDRO <br />BY: J_ <br />Yours very truly, <br />A , L , /\ <br />G.
