Jones property acquisition (Acct. #51-690) <br />Attached is a closing statement from Title Insurance h Trust Company for <br />the recent acquisition of subject property located at 179 Estudillo Avenue. <br />You will note that the City has been charged $148.27 for taxes that were paid to <br />July 1, 1974. By cony of this memo we are requesting the City Clerk to request <br />a refund from the County for this amount when he sends in his letter requesting <br />cancellation of taxes on this property.
