u <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of that certain parcel <br />of land described in the deed from William P. Jaeger and <br />Marion C. Jaeger, his wife, to R. W. Hummel, also known as <br />Robert W. Hummel, and Irene Viner Hummel, also known as Irene <br />Hummel, his wife, dated April 10, 1951, and recorded April 25, <br />1951 in Book 6419 at page 500, Alameda County Records, and <br />being further described as follows: <br />Beginning at the intersection of the southeast line of Marina <br />Boulevard, (60.00 feet wide) formerly First Avenue and West <br />Avenue 132, with the southwest line of the parcel of land <br />described in said deed; thence along said southeast line of <br />Marina Boulevard north 620 00' 00" east 193.00 feet; thence <br />northeasterly, easterly, and southeasterly along a tangent <br />curve, concave to the south, having a radius of 40.00 feet, <br />through a central angle of 90' 00' 00" a distance of 62.83 <br />feet; thence along a tangent line being the southwest line <br />of Merced Street (60.00 feet wide) south 280 00' 00" east <br />588.57 feet; thence south 62' 00' 00" west 10.99 feet along <br />the northwest line of the parcel of land described in the <br />deed from Robert W. Hummel, et ux. to Ira J. Coleman, et al., <br />dated August 28, 1962, and recorded August 30, 1962 on Reel <br />667 at Image 794, Alameda County Records; thence north <br />29' 03' 11" west 164.00 feet; thence along a line drawn <br />parallel with and 14.00 feet southwesterly, measured at <br />right angles, from the said southwest line of Merced Street, <br />north 280 00' 00" west 227.60 feet; thence north 310 48' 51" <br />west 169.75 feet; thence northwesterly, westerly, and south- <br />westerly along a tangent curve, concave to the south, having <br />a radius of 50.00 feet, through a central angle of 82' 15' 27", <br />a distance of 71.78 feet; thence along a tangent line south <br />650 55' 42" west 161.62 feet; thence along the said south- <br />west line of the parcel of land described in said deed to <br />R. W.
