r <br />112 <br />IV <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of that certain parcel of <br />land described in the deed from Robert W. Hummel, also known <br />as R. W. Hummel, and Irene Viner Hummel, also known as Irene <br />Hummel, his wife, to Ira J. Coleman, et al., dated August 28, <br />1962, and recorded August 30, 1962 on Reel 667 at Image 794, <br />Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows: <br />Beginning at the most northerly corner of the parcel of <br />land described in said deed; thence along the northeast <br />line of said parcel, said northeast line being the south- <br />west line of Merced Street (60.00 feet wide), south 280 00' 00" <br />east 181.80 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve (a radial <br />line of said curve to said point bears south 830 30' 26" east); <br />thence southerly along said non -tangent curve, concave to the <br />west, having a radius of 372.24 feet (said curve being the <br />southeast line of said parcel) through a central angle of <br />20 37' 52", a distance of 17.09 feet; thence along a line <br />drawn parallel with and 10.00 feet southwesterly, measured <br />at right angles, from the said southwest line of Merced Street, <br />north 280 00' 00" west 42.03 feet; thence north 62' 00' 00" <br />east 0.30 feet; thence along a line drawn parallel with and <br />9.70 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, from the <br />said southwest line of Merced Street, north 280 00' 00" west <br />100.00 feet; thence south 62' 00' 00" west 0.30 feet; thence <br />north 290 03' 11" west 53.64 feet; thence along the northwest <br />line of said parcel, north 620 00' 00" east 10.99 feet to the <br />Beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 1,885 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />LD 72-83 <br />Parcel 10 - Coleman, et al. <br />
