W. Hummel, and Irene Viner Hummel, also known as Irene Hummel, his wife, to Ira J. Coleman, et al., dated August 28, 1962, and recorded August 30, 1962 on Reel 667 at Image 794, Alameda County Records, and being further described as follows: Beginning at the most northerly corner of the parcel of land described in said deed; thence along the northeast line of said parcel, said northeast line being the south- west line of Merced Street (60.00 feet wide), south 280 00' 00" east 181.80 feet to a point on a non -tangent curve (a radial line of said curve to said point bears south 830 30' 26" east); thence southerly along said non -tangent curve, concave to the west, having a radius of 372.24 feet (said curve being the southeast line of said parcel) through a central angle of 20 37' 52", a distance of 17.09 feet; thence along a line drawn parallel with and 10.00 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, from the said southwest line of Merced Street, north 280 00' 00" west 42.03 feet; thence north 62' 00' 00" east 0.30 feet; thence along a line drawn parallel with and 9.70 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, from the said southwest line of Merced Street, north 280 00' 00" west 100.00 feet; thence south 62' 00' 00" west 0.30 feet; thence north 290 03' 11" west 53.64 feet; thence along the northwest line of said parcel, north 620 00' 00" east 10.99 feet to the Beginning.
