KUHL and NANCY J. KUHL, his wife, as <br />trustors and recorded on May 20, 1969, in Book Series No. 55929, Reel 2405 OR, <br />Image 358, of Official Records in the office of the Recorder of Alameda <br />County, California, having received from beneficiary thereunder a written <br />request to reconvey in accordance with the terms of said deed of trust all <br />estate now held by said trustee under said deed of trust in and to the <br />property hereinafter described, and said deed of trust and note or notes <br />secured hereby having been presented for indorsement, hereby reconveys, <br />without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, all <br />estate now held by it thereunder in and to that property situated in the <br />said county, described as follows: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State <br />of California, being a portion of that certain parcel of land de- <br />scribed in the Deed to Jay W. Kuhl recorded March 16, 1955 in <br />Book 7599 at page 463 and being further described as follows: <br />Commencing at the intersection of the north line of Davis Street <br />(50 feet wide), formerly County Road No. 5952, with the south- <br />west line of Doolittle Drive (66 feet wide), formerly Bayshore <br />Boulevard, or County Road No. 1434, as said intersection is de- <br />scribed in the Deed from Robert Bardell and Dorothy Bardell, his <br />wife, to the State of California, recorded September 17, 1959, <br />in Book 9153 at page 291, Alameda County Records; thence along <br />the said north line of Davis Street south 69° 13' 00" west <br />1149.75 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing <br />along the said north line of Davis Street, south 69' 13' 00" <br />west 150.00 feet; thence along the west line of the parcel of <br />land described in said deed to Jay W. Kuhl north 20° 47' 00" <br />west 5.00 feet; thence along a line drawn parallel with and 5.00 <br />feet northerly, measured at right angles from the said north line <br />of Davis Street, north 69' 13' 00" east 150.00 feet; thence along <br />the east line of the parcel of land described in said deed to <br />Jay W. Kuhl south 20' 47' 00" east 5.00 feet to the TRUE POINT <br />OF BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 750 square feet, <br />more or le6s. <br />The remaining property in said deed of trust shall continue to be <br />held by said trustee under the terms thereof, and as provided in said deed <br />of trust. This partial reconveyance is made without affecting the personal <br />liability of any person for payment of the indebtedness secured by said <br />deed of trust or the effect of said deed of trust upon the remainder of. the <br />
