Form No. 1056-4 <br />• All Policy Forms <br />SCHEDULE C <br />The land referred to in this policy is situated in the State of California County <br />of Alameda, City of San Leandro and is described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the southwestern line of East 14th Street, <br />said line as shown on the plat showing the opening and widening <br />of said street, filed September 5, 1917, in Book 16 of Maps, page <br />45, in the office of the County Recorder of Alameda County, dis- <br />tant thereon southeasterly 50 feet from the intersection thereof <br />with the southeastern line of Peralta Avenue; running thence south- <br />easterly along said line of East 14th Street, 49 feet to the north- <br />western line of the parcel of land described in the Deed from <br />Charles H. Carleton and Minnette F. Carleton, his wife, to Earl <br />Cooper, dated February 7, 1946, recorded April 6, 1946, in Book <br />4865 of Official Records of Alameda County, page 175; thence along <br />the last mentioned line southwesterly 108 feet, more or less, to <br />a point on a line drawn parallel with said line of East 14th Street, <br />and distant 108 feet southwesterly therefrom, measured along said <br />line of Peralta Avenue; thence along said parallel line northwest- <br />erly 48 feet, 62 inches; thence parallel with said line of Peralta <br />Avenue northeasterly 108 feet to the point of beginning. <br />
