IN THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN LEANDRO 1556 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 78 - 61 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING HIGHEST BID FOR SALE OF SURPLUS <br />PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING CONVEYANCE THEREOF 3 <br />(LD 77-23 Coburn Court) <br />Recitals <br />The City of San Leandro did on February 1, 1978, publicly open, examine, and <br />declare all sealed proposals or bids for the sale of that surplus real property owned by the <br />City of San Leandro and described in the Notice to Bidders of Sale of Surplus Property (LD <br />77-23), dated January 6, 1978. <br />Said proposals were submitted to the City Manager who has recommended that <br />the proposal hereinafter mentioned is the highest and best bid. <br />as follows: <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of San Leandro does RESOLVE <br />That said City Council hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that <br />mentioned herein and hereby accepts the bid of S. AND L. INVESTMENTS, INC. at the price <br />named in its bid on file in the office of the City Clerk. And it is further <br />RESOLVED, that the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute all deeds necessary <br />to effectuate the conveyance of the subject real property. <br />Introduced by Council Member Seymon and passed and adopted this 6th <br />day of February , 1978, by the following called vote: <br />Members of the Council: <br />Ayes: Coppa, Frazier, Gill, Seymon, Soares; <br />Mayor Maltester (6 <br />Noes: None (0 ) <br />Absent: Councilman Landis (1 <br />K D.
