BLUE RECORDER <br />At,onMF A VIVY, CALIF. <br />COUNTRY LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY, an Illinois corporation, hereby <br />grants to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all the real <br />property situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of <br />California, described as follows: <br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of that certain parcel of <br />land described in the deed from Preston A. Jones, et al., to <br />Country Life Insurance Company, dated May 27, 1966, and recorded <br />June 1, 1966, on Reel 1779 at Image 922, Alameda County Records, <br />and being further described as follows: <br />PARCEL 1 <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the southwest line of that certain <br />parcel of land described in said deed from Jones, et al., to Country <br />Life Insurance Company, with the southeast line of Davis Street (50 <br />feet wide); thence along the last said line north 70°58'45" east <br />826.16 feet, more or less, to the southwest line of the parcel of land <br />described in the deed from Yale and Towne Manufacturing Company to <br />the State of California dated August 30, 1956, and recorded January 16, <br />1958, in Book 8570 at page 571, Alameda County Records; thence along <br />the last said line south 19°01'15" east 5.00 feet to a line drawn <br />parallel with and 5.00 feet southeasterly, measured at right angles, <br />from the said southeast line of Davis Street; thence along the said <br />parallel line south 70°58'45" west 826.16 feet, more or less, to the <br />said southwest line of the parcel of land described in said deed from <br />Jones, et al., to Country Life Insurance Company; thence along the <br />last said line north 19°01'15" west 5.00 feet to the BEGINNING. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 4,131 square feet, more <br />or less. <br />PARCEL 2 <br />BEGINNING at the most easterly corner of the parcel of land described <br />in said deed from Jones, et al., to Country Life Insurance Company; <br />thence south 70°53'54" west 12.00 feet to a line drawn parallel with <br />and 12.00 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, from the <br />southwest line of Doolittle Drive (80 feet wide); thence along the <br />said parallel line north 19°06'06" west 406.68 feet to a point on a <br />non -tangent curve, concave to the southwest, having a radius of 194.00 <br />feet (a radial line to said non -tangent curve at said point bears north <br />50°38'26" east), said non -tangent curve being the southwest line of <br />the parcel of land described in the deed from Yale and Towne Manufac- <br />turing Company to the State of California, dated August 30, 1956, and <br />recorded January 16, 1958, in Book 8570 at page 571, Alameda County <br />Records, and being also the said southwest line of Doolittle Drive; <br />thence southeasterly along the last said line, through a central <br />angle of 20°15'28" a distance of 68.59 feet to a tangent line; thence <br />along the last said tangent line south 19°06'06" east 339.51 feet to <br />the BEGINNING. <br />'DOCUMENTARY TRANSFER TAX j_ None <br />3 COMPUTED ON F'__: \"'LUE OF F' %ERiY CON YED, OR <br />CO:r;PUTl .t FLU.
