<br />to the CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal corporation, all that real property
<br />situated in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, State of California,

<br />Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda,
<br />State of California, being a portion of that certain parcel of
<br />land described in the Deed from Bank of America National Trust
<br />and Savings Association to Southern Pacific Company, dated
<br />January 8, 1957, and recorded January 10, 1957, in Book 8255,
<br />Page 129, Alameda County Records, and being further described
<br />as follows:
<br />Commencing at the intersection of the northwest line of the
<br />land described in said deed with the southwest line of
<br />Doolittle Drive (80.00 feet wide); thence along the said
<br />southwest line of Doolittle Drive south 20° 30' 00" east
<br />10.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continuing
<br />along the last said line south 20' 30' 00" east 540.51 feet
<br />to the northwest line of that certain 15.242 acre parcel of
<br />land described in the Deed from Southern Pacific Company to
<br />Encinal Terminals, Incorporated, dated July 7, 1958, and
<br />recorded July 25, 1958, in Book 8735, Page 173, Alameda
<br />County Records; thence along the last said line south
<br />69' 30' 40" west 12.00 feet to a line drawn parallel with
<br />and 12.00 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles,
<br />from said southwest line of Doolittle Drive; thence along
<br />the said parallel line north 20' 30' 00" west 540.46 feet;
