Benson, Inc., a <br />California corporation, recorded March 30, 1972 on Reel 3094 <br />at Image 903, Alameda County Records, and being further described <br />as follows: <br />Beginning at the most southerly corner of the parcel of land <br />described in said deed, said corner being the intersection of <br />the northeast line of East 14th Street, formerly Hayward Avenue <br />(66.00 feet wide), with the north line of Warren Avenue (60.00 <br />feet wide), as said north line is described in the deed from <br />Mary R. Brown, and W. A. Brown, her husband, to the City of <br />San Leandro, dated December 17, 1912, and recorded January 22, <br />1913, in Book 2162 of Deeds at page 11, Alameda County Records; <br />thence along the said northeast line of East 14th Street, north <br />47' 19' 20" west 18.06 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent <br />curve, concave to the north, having a radius of 30.00 feet; <br />thence southeasterly, easterly, and northeasterly along said <br />curve through a central angle of 620 05' 40", a distance of <br />32.51 feet to a point of cusp with a tangent line, last said <br />tangent line being the said north line of Warren Avenue; thence <br />along last said line south 70° 35' 00" west 18.06 feet to the <br />Beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 54 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />DATE: February 6, 1973 <br />HARRY J.
