MIDI �^l: NTY, CALIF. <br />PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation, hereinafter <br />called first party, hereby grants to CITY OF SAN LEANDRO, a municipal cor- <br />poration of the State of California, hereinafter called second party, the <br />right to construct, maintain and use a street turnout and sidewalk area <br />within the strip of land situate in the City of San Leandro, County of <br />Alameda, State of California, described as follows: <br />(SBE 135-1-5A PARCEL 4) <br />Beginning at the most southerly corner of the parcel of land de- <br />scribed in the deed from Oakland Title Insurance and Guaranty Company <br />to Pacific Gas and Electric Company dated May 16, 1923 and recorded <br />in Book 441 of Official Records at page 166, Alameda County Records, <br />said most southerly corner being in the northeasterly boundary line <br />of East 14th Street, and running thence along the southwesterly bound- <br />ary line of the parcel of land described in said deed dated May 16, <br />1923 and along the southwesterly boundary line of the parcel of land <br />described in the deed from Oakland Title Insurance and Guaranty <br />Company to Pacific Gas and Electric Company dated May 16, 1923 and <br />recorded in Book 441 of Official Records at page 167, Alameda County <br />Records, said southwesterly boundary lines being the northeasterly <br />boundary line of East 14th Street, <br />(1) north 48° 15' 00" west 162.294 feet <br />to a point of cusp, said point of cusp being the most westerly cor- <br />ner of the parcel of land described in said deed recorded in Book 441 <br />of Official Records at page 167; thence leaving the southwesterly <br />boundary line of the parcel of land described in said deed recorded <br />in Book 441 of Official Records at page 167, <br />-1- <br />
