Real property in the City of San Leandro, County of Alameda, <br />State of California, being a portion of that certain parcel <br />of land described in the Deed from Alameda County - East Bay <br />Title Insurance Company, a corporation, to Blanch C. Gibson <br />et al., dated January 11, 1956 and recorded January 18, 1956 <br />in Book 7908 at page 469, Alameda County Records, and being <br />further described as follows: <br />Beginning at the most northerly corner of the parcel of land <br />described in said deed, said corner being on the southwest <br />line of Merced Street (60.00 feet wide); thence along last <br />said line south 270 30' 00" east 20.00 feet; thence along the <br />southeast line of said parcel south 620 30' 00" west 10.00 <br />feet; thence along a line drawn parallel with and 10.00 feet <br />southwesterly, measured at right angles, from the said south- <br />west line of Merced Street, north 270 30' 00" west 20.00 feet; <br />thence along the northwest line of said parcel north 620 30' 00" <br />east 10.00 feet to the Beginning. <br />The above described parcel of land contains 200 square feet, <br />more or less. <br />
